No One Watched the Match Between Inter Milan and JuventusBy Menzilla | March 10, 2020
Due to the coronavirus outbreak, no one is allowed to watch them play the match at the Allianz Stadium in Turin. This is done to prevent the spread of the virus.
Since Italy is one of the countries that experienced a hit from the virus, the authorities did everything they could to protect their citizens by having a large-scale quarantine.
Even so, the match resumed. The match was between Inter Milan and Juve. The said match is considered one of the biggest matches in Serie A. The game ended with Juve’s 2-0 win. The Juventus players shared their victory while applauding the empty stands.
Christiano Ronaldo even high-fived the imaginary fans. The only ones who can attend the match were high-ranking club officials, stadium staff, and media.
Since there is no audience in the stadium, the game felt different than usual. There wasn’t a feeling of intensity and all they can hear is the movement of the ball.
